- round focaccia bread (10 to 12 inches in diameter)

- cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

- cups deli marinated Italian vegetable salad, drained and coarsely chopped
- STEP I:
- Sprinkle bottom half of focaccia with 1 cup of the cheese. Spread vegetables over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.STEP II:2

Focaccia, an Italian bread shaped into a large, flat round, is often drizzled with olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese before baking.Look for focaccia in the bakery, deli or frozen-food section of the grocery store.Using already-shredded mozzarella cheese is certainly easy. For slightly different Italian flavor, shred provolone cheese, which has a slightly smoky flavor, or Fontina cheese, which has a subtle nutty flavor.
